Your windscreen is made of 1/4 inch Plexiglas. The edges have been hand beveled and polished for a smooth surface.
Your windscreen installs behind your drivers seat. Your entire installation takes only 5 minutes of work.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE FORD THUNDERBIRD 2002 THRU 2004
1. PULL YOUR SEATS FORWARD AND PLACE THE WINDSCREEN LIKE YOU SEE ON THIS PICTURE

2.TAKE OFF THE RED PROTECTIVE COVERING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE WINDSCREEN BRACKETS AND RAISE UP THE WINDSCREEN LIKE THE PICTURE BELOW. PRESS THE WINDSCREEN TO SET THE STICKY TAPE AND YOUR WINDSCREEN IS NOW INSTALLED.
PUT YOUR SEATS BACK TO PRESS ON THE WOOD TRIM. THIS WILL INSURE THAT THE WINDSCREEN WILL HOLD STEADY AT 90 MPH.

3. THE ONLY PARTS THAT ATTACHES DIRECTLY TO YOUR THUNDERBIRD ARE THE WINDSCREEN BRACKETS. THE WINDSCREEN IS HELD TO THE BRACKETS VIA A FORCE FIELD MAGNETIC ANCHORING SYSTEM AND THE WINDSCREEN CAN BE REMOVED FROM THE CAR BY JUST TILTING THE SCREEN FORWARD AND LIFTING OFF.
